Manuel Rueda-Romero: President Mr. Rueda- Romero founded Neocode in 1998 with the dream of building a business that would help other entrepreneurs realize their potential. A native of Spain, Manuel comes from a long line of business leaders, and immigrated to this country in order to hone his technology skills in New York City, the business capital of the world. Since its inception, Neocode has experienced incredible growth, as Manuel has combined his love of programming and graphic design to form a very successful enterprise. In 1999, he was the mastermind behind the design of NeoPublisher , one of the first Internet Content Management systems available on the market and still the most user-friendly solution available today. Manuel is known throughout the technology community as an Internet guru and pioneer in the field of content management. Recently, Manuel began concentrating more on his two passions, hands-on consulting and leading the NeoPublisher programming team. Together with a newly expanded management team, Neocode is well positioned for continued success in delivering technology solutions. Otoniel Rojas: Chief Technology Officer Mr. Rojas brings over 10 years of technology management, systems engineering and software development experience to the Neocode executive team.“Oto”, as he is affectionately called by co-workers, was one of the pioneering minds behind the NeoPublisher product, and continues to be a top level programmer in Java, ASP, ColdFusion, and many other languages.His certifications include MCSE, MCP, and A+. Despite his technology concentration, Mr. Rojas takes pride in his endeavors outside of Neocode.He holds a Cum Laude degree in Piano performance from Brooklyn College and has many musical accomplishments to his credit.His experience and involvement with both music and technology has easily enabled him to be an effective multimedia content provider and programmer for the Web.
