Neocode, a New York based technology consulting firm, announced the celebration of the company’s 4^th anniversary at its historic Harlem headquarters.  The business has carved a unique niche delivering technology solutions to small businesses and non-profit organizations internationally.  Manuel Rueda-Romero, the company’s founder and President, stated:
