AON wanted Neo Code to make a system for streamlining their manual work processes. Ongoing, the job revealed unforseen layers of complexity and soon became time-consuming, regardless, Neo Code pulled out all the stops and developed a system to allow AON to provide rationalized insurance coverage accurately and efficiently. With insight into AON’s business from detailed analysis, Neo Code created a workflow using forms specifically crafted to facilitate proper data entry by operators who did not have alot of insurance knowledge, through the incorporation of branching logic and intuitive interface design.
