I’m not exactly clear on exactly what Backup & Restore is and how it works?
Backup
A copy of computer data taken and stored elsewhere so that it may be used to restore the original after a data loss event
Restore
Performed to return data that has been lost, stolen or damaged to its original condition or to move data to a new location

You will be sent a link to your restored data.
What’s the Cost?
If you are an existing Neo Code Existing Hosting client, the cost is $60 USD or $75 CAD / 50GB
If you are not an existing Neo Code Hosting Client, please contact us at [email protected] to setup an appointment to learn more and talk with a Hosting specialist about your Hosting needs.
Wait, I have to restore this myself from the data you send me?
Feeling nervous that your organization might not be able to handle the restoration of data once we’ve retrieved your files for you? No problem, on the Restore Request form just select the amount of developer hours you would like to start with and we will have a developer help you with the process.
How Long will this take?
You will be contacted by a Neo Code team member within 24 hours of your request- please note, we operate Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM PST
The Neo Code team member that reaches out to you, will give you an estimate on how long they will need to complete your request, at this time they might have some further questions. Our team will not be able to proceed without your response to our questions, so please be on the lookout for this initial email.
Our goal is to have your files sent back to you within 3 business days of your request. Example, if you make a request on Monday, our goal is to have this to you on Thursday.
We are not always able to anticipate all factors and impediments that might increase the turnaround time on your Restore Request which is why we are not able to fully guarantee a turnaround time.
