Priority Service – 5 business days response
Regular Service – 12 business days response
- Response time does not mean resolution time – that is why the 24 by 7 does not necessarily buy more protection. Response means to begin to look at the problem – resolution is a different matter – can respond in 10 minutes and solution may need 8 hours.
- Response during business hours: 10am to 6pm PST Mon to Fri, excl stat holidays.
- Service time is billed is in 20 minute increments
- Minimum PO required 1 hour
- Payment is Net 14 Days. Payment of the net amount outstanding on the invoice is due fourteen calendar days after the date of the invoice.
- This product is for a block of time. It is not a quote or estimate.
- If more time is needed then another block of time will need to be purchased.
- Hosting customer. If at the time of product purchase you have an active Neo Code hosting account in good standing then choose yes.
- License customer. If at the time of product purchase you have an annual FileMaker license agreement that you purchased from Neo Code then choose yes.
- Prepaid. If you would like to prepay for this product then choose yes.
